In most cases, yes – book online and your reservation is confirmed immediately after payment. If you’re booking for the same day, we check availability with the operator first, then send you a payment link.
Your pickup time is included in your booking confirmation email. For same-day bookings, it’s included in the confirmation sent after we check availability with the operator.
Your reservation is with Punta Cana Select — we take your booking, confirm it, and are your contact throughout. Each excursion is run by a licensed, insured local operating company, and we send you their details before your excursion date.
Hotel pickup is available for most excursions. Exact pickup arrangements are confirmed as part of your booking.
If an excursion needs to be cancelled due to weather or safety reasons, you receive a full refund or free rescheduling.
All excursions are subject to availability. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund, unless otherwise stated. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
Most excursions have separate adult and child pricing, shown on each excursion’s page. ATV Adventure is priced per buggy rather than per person. For group or family pricing questions, message us on WhatsApp.
You pay securely online by credit or debit card when you book. For same-day requests, we check availability with the operator first, then send a payment link.
